All of it was new to her, because she had never been anywhere in America, except Westchester.

She trudged through the labyrinthine streets of San Francisco, with just a speck of hope, that Charles Xavier would sense her.

She bumped into a man.

Gosh, he’s handsome, Eva thought.

He was definitely handsome. (写不出我的男神的魅力呜呜呜) He was tall enough to be a male supermodel. His curly brown-gold hair fell loose, and some curls dangled over hiseyes. They were like a stormy sea, making him look more sexy.

When he saw Eva, he broke in a shark smile.

“Eva! It’s very nice to see you here on time.”

“P...Professor Lehnsherr? So you and Charles knew all the time?”

“Please, call me Erik. Yes, Charles was keeping an eye on you, to keep you from harm. Now, let’s start our new life!”
